When you first connect your new Spire Studio to your iPhone, you will be prompted to register and update the device. If you run into any trouble during this process, please try the following troubleshooting tips.
Sometimes, after reporting an issue to the Support team, they may ask for diagnostic logs in order to evaluate your issue more effectively. To send these logs, navigate to the settings menu of your Spire App while connected to your Spire Studio. Once there, press and hold the “Email us” button for 5 seconds, or until an email automatically populates on your phone/tablet.
