iZotope Adds Jonathan Wyner As Education Director

Music industry veteran and Berklee instructor will help spearhead audio tech company’s education initiatives.

Cambridge, MA (April 3, 2015) – iZotope, Inc., a leading audio technology company and winner of the SBANE Innovation Award in 2014, has hired Jonathan Wyner as its Education Director.

A GRAMMY Award-nominated producer and engineer, Wyner brings to iZotope more than 30 years of experience in the music industry. His roster of mastering credits include Aerosmith, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, and Bruce Springsteen. He is the Chief Mastering Engineer and founder of M Works Mastering Studios and is also an author and associate professor at Berklee College of Music.

"Jonathan has been a great friend and supporter of iZotope for many years," explains Brian McQuoid, iZotope's Chief Operating Officer. "We are very excited to have him join us full-time to further drive our commitment to education."

Wyner will also serve as Chief Engineer of iZotope's new recording and production studio. The facility, housed in iZotope's Cambridge, Massachusetts office, is scheduled to open in the spring for product development and customer education.
