iZotope Adds andrew Jobson As Customer Care Director

Experienced customer service leader brings technology expertise to expanding audio tech company

Cambridge, MA (April 1, 2015) – iZotope, Inc., a leading audio technology company and winner of the SBANE Innovation Award in 2014, has hired Andrew Jobson as its Customer Care Director. The newly created position reflects iZotope's commitment to assist, educate, and inspire existing customers as well as audio enthusiasts worldwide.

Jobson will lead iZotope's team of front-facing customer loyalty ambassadors. The team provides service and support to all users, driving customer feedback back into iZotope's product development process.

With 20 years of customer service experience in the technology field, Jobson brings a wealth of expertise building top-notch customer care organizations. As Paypal's former Lead Manager for North American Global Operations, he delivered customer care strategy and execution and provided industry coaching through innovative leadership to 200+ employees. Jobson was also hand-picked for the international eBay Emerging Leader Program, a comprehensive, rigorous Leadership and Management training program.
