Marketing & Events Coordinator

iZotope is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, highly-motivated Marketing & Event Coordinator to join a growing marketing communications team. Responsibilities will include: 

  • Help plan and organize worldwide tradeshows educational initiatives and public events to ensure goals and KPIs are met. 
  • Serve as primary logistics coordinator and project manager for public events and trade appearances. 
  • Organize the onsite execution of a variety of hosted, national, and international in-person events. 
  • Identify opportunities to coordinate with corporate partners to build buzz and maximize impact and presence at events. 
  • Help ensure all events fully represent the iZotope brand, both visually and verbally. 
  • Hold retrospectives and review KPIs with management to ensure learning from each event. 
  • Collaborate with iZotope’s marketing team on product launches and business initiatives. 
  • Prepare reports to communicate how goals of Marketing and key stakeholders across the company are met, and track costs. 
  • Support relationships and communicate with industry partners as necessary. 
  • Support Communication’s team members with day to day marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed. 


Skills required: 

  • 2-3+ years business administration, event coordination, trade show logistics or project management experience required. 
  • A keen eye for details and a passion for keeping things organized 
  • Superb written, verbal and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot, solve issues and fix problems in a timely, detailed fashion. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google’s G Suite of apps. 
  • Audio industry or media production experience a bonus, including familiarity with iZotope products. 
  • Domestic and international travel required for trade shows, customer visits, and other events. 
  • Authorized to work in the US worldwide events.


This position is full-time and located in our Cambridge, MA office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
