December 23, 2015

At iZotope, we love audio in all its shapes and forms. "The New Audio Podcast" is a forum for iZotope to have candid, spirited, and informal conversations with audio engineers, producers, and musicians. We'll get to the bottom of the things, chat about industry trends, music, and even meet some of iZotope's talented core of audio professionals. If you like well-informed and wide-ranging discussions about the world of audio, this podcast is for you.

In this episode, we sat down with Drew Thurlow, Sr. Manager of Artist Partnerships at Pandora, and Ben Brock Johnson from Marketplace Tech and the new hit podcast, Codebreaker, as well as iZotope's own Jack Cote (Sound Design Manager), TJ Jordan (UI Designer), and Caleb Hoffman (Studios Engineer), to talk about the year in music. Together, we explored the hottest music and production trends from 2015, some favorite records, and a little bit about where things are heading in 2016. You'll even find out what Drew got from his Secret Santa.
