Smear gives you not one but four modulated delays. Of course, there's some extra iZotope goodies like echo phase, stereo phase and a mini-spectrum filter. Add some space with the crossmix slider, create more complex modulation with the echo phase and stereo phase sliders, and choose from 6 different LFO waveforms for each delay line. The Smear module offers overall wet/dry gain controls, with the ability to invert the polarity of the wet signal. You can also tailor the frequency response of the wet signal with the mini-spectrum at the top of the screen. As shown below, simply drag the handles on the spectrum to filter the modulated signal. Note that this does not effect the frequency response of the wet signal.
